• Once you agree to use our data analytics services, we, on behalf of our lending partners, may also require certain additional information such as your designation, mode of salary, parent names, loan requirement reasons, educational qualification, bank statements, ITRs and financial statement which are related to processing and analysing the information about your application etc. to process your application. We don’t collect and store card information, user ID and password related to any financial transactions.

We process your Personal Information (including Sensitive Personal Information) for the purposes mentioned below:

 

• To verify, authenticate and authorize your use of our products or services

• This is necessary for LOANFIX and our Partner Lenders to assess your application and is also necessary to fulfil our legal obligations under certain applicable laws of India.

Further, LOANFIX uses your Data to make credit risk assessments and related activities in connection with your application for the loan or credit facility that you have applied for. (i) evaluating any applications made by you to the Partner Financial Institutions Lender and/or other for any credit facilities, (ii) conducting a credit assessment on you about such credit facilities, (iii) your onboarding about such credit facilities, (iv) conducting your due diligence about such credit facilities; and (v) monitoring your creditworthiness about such credit facilities.  If you decline to submit information to us, then we will unfortunately not be in a position to provide the Services to you

 

We may share your Personal Information (including Sensitive Personal Information) with external third parties such as:

CKYC (Central KYC Registry) is a mandatory requirement under applicable laws in India or when required by law enforcement, government officials, fraud detection agencies, financial institutions or other third parties and when we are compelled to do so under applicable laws.

The retention of Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information by LOANFIX and Partner Lenders is determined by considering compliance with legal (contractual, statutory or regulatory requirements), accounting and compliance reporting requirements. Furthermore, you explicitly consent and agree that we will be entitled to use such anonymized data or information freely, without any restrictions other than those set out under applicable law.

 

Account Responsibility:
